Missional Communities are the heartbeat of Faith Church.
Missional Communities (MC's) are groups of 20-50 people who gather regularly to do life together and live on-mission. Missional Communities are designed to be the connecting place where real life happens in community; a church within the church.
The MC gathers weekly in different formats to spend time together, care for each other, encourage and challenge each other, talk about where Scripture and life intersect, pray, and live on-mission in their community. Missional Communities are not an add-on to the church, an extra program. They are at the center of everything we do.
Missional Communities are broken up into geographical locations throughout the Lansing area (see map above). Each Missional Community adopts a local partner which we serve alongside each month. This is a great way to get the whole family serving together as we encourage you to bring your entire family. It is also a great place to invite friends as they begin to meet people within their own community.
