The mission of the Victory Center is to offer food, clothing, shelter, education, medical attention, discipleship, and above all else, show God’s love in situations of abandonment and poverty.

​The Victory Center offers after-school programs, including English classes, homework help, music, sports, crafts, and Bible clubs.
