Sierra Leone Missionary and Christian Workers Retreat

Since 2017, Faith Church has had the privilege of providing an overnight retreat for missionaries and other Christian workers and their families in Sierra Leone.

What began as a small conference to encourage a few missionaries, God has grown into a yearly retreat that is changing lives.

We are humbled to be a small part of how God is at work in the beautiful country of Sierra Leone.

  • Encouragement

    We take a few precious moments out of each day to worship our Savior together and speak Truth into the lives of these beautiful people who dedicate their lives to sharing the gospel with the people of Sierra Leone

  • Connection

    Spending time with others who understand you in a way like no one else can is invaluable. This overnight retreat allows for connections with men and women who are experiencing similar struggles and victories that the missionaries can share with each other.

  • Spritual Health

    Encouragement and Connection can take people only so far. Being allowed uninterrupted space alone with the Heavenly Father to hear His voice speaking His love, peace, and grace into their hearts is our ultimate prayer for each of our friends.

Youth Retreat

In 2023, with the support and prayer of many, the first youth retreat came to reality. Sixteen 9 to 16-year-old children from the families attending the yearly retreat came two days earlier for time devoted just to them.

It was an amazing couple of days in which God worked incredibly to connect their hearts to His and each other.

We hope to provide this unique time every year for these remarkable kids and any others who God prompts to join.
